For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, all hair oil purchases are considered final sale. At this time, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we may review and assist you promptly.
When approved, we will happily provide a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.
